1. Pickup From Store

Pickup is available at the KOOP KWSP Store, Menara KWSP Who can collect: EPF staff in Menara KWSP, EPF staff on duty/visiting and visitors How it works: Select Pickup From Store at checkout and wait for the “Ready for Collection” email before coming What to bring: Order confirmation and IC/staff pass (or equivalent for non-staff) Hours: During store operating hours 9:00AM-4:00PM on working days


2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

✅ All states within Malaysia (West & East Malaysia)


3. Delivery Timelines

West Malaysia: Estimated 2–7 business days after dispatch
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier workload, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

  • We will send the tracking number to your email once your order has been packed.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Domestic shipping fees (Malaysia) are calculated at checkout.


5. Delivery Partners

6. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails (due to wrong address, no recipient, or other issues):

  • Orders may be returned to us, and we will contact you for reshipment (additional fees may apply).


7. Special Notes for London Deliveries

  • Please ensure all shipping details are correct, including postal code and contact number.

  • KOOP KWSP is not liable for delays or additional charges arising from customs processing.
