5.2 Shipping is available within Malaysia only. Additional charges may apply for remote or non-urban areas.
5.3 KOOP KWSP is not liable for delays or losses caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
6.1 We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
6.2 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 business days upon approval and may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on the payment method.
6.3 Certain items (e.g., customized products, clearance items) may be non-refundable or non-exchangeable. Please refer to the product page for details.
